Our Services
Out-of-home care arrangements across a full spectrum of need, from emergency care arrangements at short notice to long-term care that lasts until a young person leaves care at 18.
CARE ARRANGEMENT TYPES
Every child and young person’s needs are different. We offer a range of care arrangement types and work with the Department of Communities through the Care Arrangement Referral process to match each child to the setting that best supports their safety, stability and healing.
Safe, stable residential care arranged at short notice for children and young people who need a secure care arrangement today, with 24/7 support in place from the first night.
Care arrangements of up to three months focused on stabilisation, assessment and care planning for the young person’s transition to a more suitable long-term care arrangement.
Stable homes and consistent care teams that provide continuity and belonging for children and young people in care through to leaving care at 18.
Supported group care settings that offer a family-style environment for children and young people who benefit from a shared home.
How we care
Our care arrangements are built on small, stable, structured teams that give children and young people a calm, consistent routine. We adhere strictly to evidence-based models of care, including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and trauma-informed care.
As young people grow, we support their transition from care to independence through co-tenanting models, semi-independent arrangements and independent living, and we work alongside foster care arrangements and family reunification wherever that is in the young person’s best interests, consistent with the Department’s permanency planning framework.

Beyond our own care arrangements, we support the wider community services sector. Other organisations can draw on our experienced Youth Workers and our in-house training to strengthen their own teams.
We have a team of experienced, trauma-informed Youth Workers available to other organisations that need staff, whether you are covering a gap, scaling up at short notice, or looking for skilled, reliable people experienced in supporting children and young people with complex needs.
Our registered nursing team delivers a practical, non-accredited training program that builds the confidence and hands-on capability of youth and support workers across the full range of clinical needs observed among children and young people in care:
