Our team
Programs & Comms Manager · TCI Trainer
Vikki leads programs and communications across our community and disability services and is our in-house Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Trainer, having implemented TCI across the organisation. She brings broad experience in the disability and community services sector and is a published author on autism and inclusion in early childhood.
Care Coordinator
Esther brings over six years of experience across the disability, youth work and health care sectors, along with two years in early childhood education and care. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management.
Clinical Lead · Registered Nurse
Amy is a Registered Nurse providing clinical leadership at Helping Community Solutions, with oversight of the health and wellbeing of the young people in our care.
Amy has over 10 years of experience in aged care and is now working in Youth care, working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physiotherapy Assistant, and Registered Nurse.
Amy is passionate about supporting and caring for others as well as building meaningful connections within the community.
Lead Writer · Compliance Administrator
Pagan is our Lead Writer and Compliance Administrator, specialising in tender and submission writing and communications across the disability and community services sector. She combines clear, persuasive writing with a strong eye for compliance, helping Helping Community Solutions to communicate its work and put forward well-crafted funding and service submissions.
